KONKI Delete your account
Deleting your account removes everything.
Last updated 10 August 2026
Your Konki account, your email address, and all data you have created — training sessions, programmes, templates, body-weight entries, goals, connections, group memberships and posts, and your block list — are deleted from the server, and the app wipes the data from your device. Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no recovery and no grace period.
Delete from inside the app
- Open Konki and sign in.
- Go to Account.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your data is removed from the server at that moment, and the device comes up clean. Any other device signed in to the account is signed out the next time it contacts the server — the data already on it stays on that device until you sign out or delete there too.
If you can't sign in
Either route works:
- Use "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen. You'll receive a six-digit code by email — it expires after 15 minutes — to set a new password. Then delete from inside the app as above.
- Email konki@systemsatlasproject.com from the address the account is registered to, asking for deletion. A reply confirming the request may come first, since this cannot be undone.
What is deleted, and what survives
Everything held about you is deleted: the account, the email address, and all app data on the server, immediately. Two things survive, for the reasons the privacy policy sets out in full:
- Messages you sent to other people remain in their conversations. Your side of someone else's chat history cannot be removed without deleting theirs too.
- Reports filed about your account are kept for up to 12 months. Otherwise deleting an account would erase the record of why it was reported, and someone could clear their history by signing up again.
Reports you filed about other people are kept for the same period, for the same reason.
Nothing else is retained — no backups of deleted accounts and no partial records.
