KONKI Support
Something wrong? Tell me directly.
Konki is built and supported by one person. There is no ticket queue and no bot — email arrives with me, and I aim to reply within 24 hours.

Bugs, questions, refund problems, account deletion, or anything about how the app behaves.
Reporting and blocking
Kept above the questions deliberately: anyone looking for this is not in the mood to expand a list.
To block someone
Open the conversation and tap the menu at the top right, or press and hold their row in Messages or Connections. Blocking is immediate and silent — they are not told. They can no longer find you in search, message you, or send you a connection request, and your connection ends.
To report someone
The same menu has Report. To report one specific message, press and hold the message bubble. You can report and block in the same step.
What happens next
A person — me — reads every report within 24 hours. Depending on what happened, that means a warning, content removal, or the account being removed entirely. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users, as set out in the Terms of Use.
To manage accounts you have blocked: Account → Blocked Accounts. If something needs attention faster than the app allows, email the address above.
Getting started
Do I need an account to use Konki?
No. Konki works fully offline and on device. An account is only needed to sync between devices, or to connect with a friend or coach.
Does Konki still work if I only do bodyweight training?
Yes. Konki began as a calisthenics app and that side of it has not been diluted — weights and cardio were added alongside it, not on top of it. If you never open the weights half, you will never see it.
Can I add my own exercises?
Yes. The catalogue covers 189 exercises across 74 base movements, and you can add your own on top of that. If the name matches a known movement, Konki offers to link it so you inherit its muscle attribution. If it does not, you pick one primary muscle — Konki will not invent a percentage split it cannot back up.
You can also skip tagging entirely. An untagged exercise logs and charts normally; it just stays out of volume and strain analysis, and says so.
Training
How do the adaptive targets work?
Konki reads what you actually logged and works forward from there. For strength work it estimates a one-rep max from your working sets, adjusted for how many reps you had left in reserve. For cardio it derives training paces from your best recent efforts. For bodyweight movements it counts your bodyweight as load, because a pull-up is not zero kilos.
Every target is derived from your own history. None of it is a fixed template.
What happens if I miss a session?
Nothing punitive. Konki recalculates from where you actually are rather than where a schedule said you would be, so targets after a break may look lower than you expect. That is the plan adapting, not a bug — train through a couple of sessions and it catches up.
Where do the bundled programmes come from?
They are written for Konki. Nothing bundled is somebody else's copyrighted method with the name removed.
Account and sync
How does syncing work?
Create an account in Settings → Account. Then:
- Upload to Cloud sends this device's data as the complete picture. Anything you have deleted here is deleted on the server too.
- Download from Cloud replaces everything on this device with what is on the server.
Download replaces rather than merges. On a new device, download first. If you upload from a device that has nothing on it, Konki will stop and ask before clearing your account.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email address. A reset link arrives within a few minutes. Check spam if it does not.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, your cloud data, your connections and your block list, and clears everything from the device. It cannot be undone.
What survives account deletion?
Two things, and it is worth being straight about them. Messages you sent to other people stay in their conversations — your side cannot be removed without deleting theirs. And reports filed about your account are kept for up to 12 months, so deleting an account cannot be used to clear a record. Full detail is in the privacy policy.
Coaching and sharing
What can my coach actually see?
Only what you deliberately share. A coach sees the templates and programmes shared between you, and the sessions logged against them. They cannot see your other training, your body metrics, or anything you have not sent them.
How do I connect with someone?
Set a username in Social → Connections, then search for theirs. Friend requests go both ways; for coaching, the coach sends the request. Either of you can end the connection at any time.
Is there a feed or a leaderboard?
No, and there will not be. Konki has messaging and template sharing between people who have connected deliberately. There is nothing to scroll and no follower count.
