KONKI Terms of use
Terms of Use
Last updated 26 July 2026
Konki is built by Systems Atlas Project. By creating a Konki account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not create an account — the app works fully without one.
Your account
You need an account only to sync across devices and to use Konki's social features. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for anything done through your account.
You must be 13 or older to create an account.
One person, one account. Do not impersonate anyone else, and do not pick a username designed to make people think you are someone you are not.
Your content
Anything you write in Konki is yours. Messages, templates, programmes, notes — you own them, and no rights are claimed over them beyond what is needed to store them and deliver them to the people you send them to.
You are responsible for what you send. If you share a template with a coach or message a friend, that content is yours and you stand behind it.
Conduct
Konki has messaging and template sharing between users. That means it has rules, and they are short.
Do not use Konki to:
- Harass, threaten, bully or intimidate anyone
- Send sexual content, or any content sexualising a minor
- Send violent, hateful or discriminatory content
- Impersonate another person, a coach, a brand, or Systems Atlas Project
- Send spam, advertising, scams, or links to malicious sites
- Share someone else's private information
- Share content you do not have the right to share
- Attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Accounts that break these rules are removed, without warning.
Reporting and blocking
You can report any user or any message from inside the app, and you can block any account.
Every report is read by a person within 24 hours. Reports lead to warnings, content removal, or account termination depending on what happened. You will not be told the outcome of a report about someone else, but it is acted on.
Blocking is immediate and silent. A blocked account cannot find you, message you, or connect with you, and is not told it has been blocked.
If you think your account was removed in error, get in touch through the support page.
Training advice, and its limits
Konki suggests training loads and targets based on what you have logged. It is a tool, not a coach and not a doctor.
Konki is not medical advice. Exercise carries risk of injury. You are responsible for deciding what is safe for you to attempt, and for stopping when it is not.
If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are returning from injury, or are unsure whether an exercise is appropriate for you, speak to a qualified professional before following anything the app suggests.
Bundled programmes are general-purpose starting points. They know nothing about you beyond what you have entered.
If a coach shares a programme with you through Konki, that is between you and them. Content other users send you is not reviewed or endorsed.
Payment
Konki is currently free on the App Store. There are no subscriptions and no in-app purchases. If that ever changes, it will be stated here and in the app's release notes before it takes effect, and nothing you already have will be taken away to sell back to you.
There is no advertising in Konki and there never will be.
Availability
The service is kept running as far as reasonably possible, but is not guaranteed. Konki works offline and your data lives on your device, so a server outage means sync and messaging stop — not that you lose your training history.
Features may change or be discontinued. If something you rely on is discontinued, that will be stated clearly and in advance.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete Account in the app.
An account that breaks these terms may be suspended or terminated.
Liability
Konki is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Systems Atlas Project is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the app, including from following training suggestions it generates.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, the date at the top of this page is updated. Continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
